Jansen Set for NCAA Singles Championships in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – Senior Will Jansen will compete in the NCAA Singles Championships this week from Tuesday, November 18 through Sunday, November 23 in Orlando, Florida at the USTA National Campus.

FAST FACTS

  • Jansen will face UCLA’s Rudy Quan in the opening round of the singles tournament.
  • Jansen’s qualification marks the sixth consecutive year that a Bulldog has qualified and competed in the NCAA Singles Championships. *No tournament in 2020 due to COVID-19
  • The London native qualified for the competition after his quarterfinal playoff win over Purdue’s No. 21 Aleksa Krivokapic at the ITA South Sectional at home in Athens, Georgia. The result marked his highest ranked singles win of his career.
  • Singles players that reach the round of 16 of the singles competition earn All-American status for the 2025-26 year. Jansen would become the program’s 56th All-American should he reach.
