Georgia Men’s Cross Country Earns Bid to NCAA Cross Country Championships
INDIANAPOLIS – Georgia men’s cross country earned a team bid to the NCAA Cross Country Championships for the first time since the 2013 season following the NCAA Selection Show on Saturday night.
The selection show finalized the field of competition for the Championship meet, with 13 at-large bids to add to the 18 teams that received automatic bids at the regional meets on Friday.
The last time Georgia earned an at-large bid was 2013 when the Bulldogs secured an automatic bid with a first-place finish in the South Regional. The last time the Bulldogs secured an NCAA Championship birth via at-large bid was 2011.
The 2025 NCAA Men’s Cross Country Championships will be held at Missouri’s Gans Creek Cross Country Course next Saturday, November 22. Competition is set to begin at 11:10 a.m. ET, and the action will air live on ESPNU.
