TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The No. 8/13 Alabama men’s and women’s cross country squads are set to host the Crimson Classic on Friday. Located at the Harry Pritchett Running Park, the men’s 8k race will start at 8:30 a.m. CT, with the women’s 6k race beginning at 9:20 a.m.

Entering the weekend, the UA men are ranked No. 8 in the nation and No. 1 in the South Region, according to the United States Track and Field & Cross Country Coaches Association’s (USTFCCCA) rankings. On the women’s side, Alabama sits at No. 13 nationally and No. 2 in the South Region.
