TALLAHASSEE –  The Florida State men’s golf team will play in the Hamptons Intercollegiate from Oct. 6-7 at the Maidstone Club in East Hampton, N.Y.
 
Hosted by Loyola University of Maryland, Jack Bigham, Jack Whaley, Carson Brewer, Patrick McCann, Wilmer Edero and Andrew McLauchlan will represent the No. 15 Seminoles.
 

Florida State finished tied for sixth at the Olympia Fields Invitational in September, led by Brewer and Whaley, who posted finishes inside the top 10.  In a field where 14 of the 15 teams were either ranked or receiving votes, the Seminoles finished ahead of three ranked teams including No. 2 Arizona State, No. 11 Alabama and No. 16 Texas A&M.

Tyler Weaver, who is the 12th-ranked amateur in the world, will be competing for England at the World Amateur Team Championships, running from Oct. 7-8 in Singapore.
