The purpose of this meeting is to publicly open and read aloud all bids received in response to ITB 25-19 – ESGC Phase One Maintenance Building. Bids must be submitted electronically via the County’s e-Procurement Portal at

prior to the closing deadline of 3:00 P.M. on July 30, 2025.

The ESGC Phase One Maintenance Building Project consists of the construction of a maintenance building at the Eagle Springs Golf Course Complex in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. The base bid includes all building materials, construction, utility hookups, and site grading. Bid alternates include interior build-out (Alternate 1) and access/parking lot paving (Alternate 2).

In accordance with Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to contact the Office of Central Purchasing at least 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.

In accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, all persons are advised that, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
