Trafficking in Fentanyl and Meth Arrest by DTF

Members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at 103 Terrell Dr, Crestview July 11th.

The search warrant resulted in the recovery of methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, a firearm, and associated drug paraphernalia. The following individual was arrested and charged accordingly:

39-year-old Javaris Dawsey – Trafficking (Fentanyl) 4 Grams or More, Trafficking (Methamphetamine) 14 Grams or Over, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), Possession of a Firearm of Ammunition by a Convicted Felon, Obstruction of a Search Warrant, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force is comprised of members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Fort Walton Beach Police Department, Crestview Police Department and the Niceville Police Department.
