Bailey Earns Third Freshman First Team All-America Honor
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida State baseball freshman first baseman Myles Bailey has been named a Freshman First Team All-American by D1Baseball on Tuesday.
It is the third organization to bestow Bailey with Freshman All-America accolades, after Perfect Game recognized him on June 10 and Baseball America honored him on June 20. All three outlets named Bailey to their first team.
Bailey is Florida State’s first Freshman All-American since 2022 and the first Seminole to earn multiple Freshman All-America distinctions since Parker Messick in 2021. He is the first to be named to three freshman teams since Robby Martin in 2019 and the first to be on three or more freshman first teams since Cal Raliegh was on five in 2016.
Bailey is joined by juniors Jamie Arnold and Alex Lodise, who collected consensus All-America accolades this postseason. To headline the 2025 postseason awards, Lodise won the 2025 Dick Howser Trophy as the national player of the year on June 13.
