Gators Ink Graduate Transfer Goalkeeper Paige Crowther
Crowther started 14 games in 2025 for the Oregon Ducks.
Crowther joins the Gators after spending four seasons with the Ducks. She tallied 192 saves on a .385 save percentage, along with 53 ground balls and seven caused turnovers across 33 career appearances and 22 starts in three seasons of game play (missed 2024 season due to injury).
The Springfield, Pa. native started 14 of 15 games in 2025, where she compiled career highs in saves (89), ground balls (29), and caused turnovers (5), stopping 36.9 percent of shots she faced.
The goalkeeper made seven or more saves in five different games this past season, headlined by two games where she made a career high 17 saves. She stopped 17 saves on March 27 at Maryland, which she matched two games later with 17 stops against Michigan on April 6.
Crowther has five career games of 10 or more saves, and 12 games of seven or more saves. She has displayed the ability to finish defensive possessions throughout her career, as she scooped a career high seven ground balls this past season on Feb. 27 at California.
Crowther attended high school at The Agnes Irwin School with now Florida teammates Carly and Sydney Wilson. She received her degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Oregon in 2025.
The goalkeeper joins Boo DeWitt from Dartmouth and Ava Kristynik from Notre Dame as graduate transfer signings this summer. The three transfers join an incoming freshman class of 11 players.
