Florida Lacrosse Earns No. 4 Ranking in Final IWLCA Coaches Poll
It is the Gators fifth top-five end of season ranking in program history and second consecutive.
It is the second consecutive season the Gators finished in the top-five and the fifth time overall (2025, ’24, ’13, 12, 11).
UF tied the program record with 20 wins this season, compiling a 7-3 record against ranked opponents. They totaled four one-goal victories and nine come-from-behind wins, while winning 10 games by double figures.
The Gators won the inaugural Big 12 Regular Season and Tournament Championship, going 7-0 in Big 12 regular and postseason play, outscoring opponents by 12.00 goals per game.
Florida finished the season nationally ranked second in shot percentage (.491), fourth in scoring margin (6.57), sixth in scoring offense (16.00), sixth in points per game (23.83), 11th in assists per game (7.83) and 12th in scoring defense (9.43).
UF reached its third NCAA Semifinal in program history, rallied around a 17-game winning streak, which was the second longest winning streak in program history.
