TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida State baseball team has been named an NCAA Regional host site as a top 16 seed in the 2025 NCAA Baseball Championship.
FSU will host an NCAA Regional for the 37th time in program history as postseason baseball returns to Dick Howser Stadium for the second consecutive year. By being awarded a regional, the Seminoles have earned its 61st postseason berth.
The entire bracket, including the three teams that will join Florida State in the Tallahassee Regional, will be announced during the NCAA Selection Show on Monday, May 26, beginning at 12 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
Florida State fans are invited to Bowden’s in CollegeTown for the selection show and a special episode of Inside Seminole Baseball featuring FSU head coach Link Jarrett and players. Following the selection show at 12 p.m., Inside Seminole Baseball will be broadcast live from 1-2 p.m. at Bowden’s. Additional information about the event can be found here.
The Seminoles begin the NCAA Regionals with a 38-14 record. With a 17-10 mark in the ACC, FSU earned a runner-up finish, its best since 2014. Junior shortstop Alex Lodise was named the ACC Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year honors and joins junior left-handed starter Jamie Arnold as Golden Spikes Award semifinalists, while Lodise, Arnold and redshirt junior lefty Joey Volini are Dick Howser Trophy semifinalists.
FSU will return to NCAA play a year after memorable regional and super regional wins at Dick Howser Stadium sent the team to its 24th College World Series in program history.
All-session tickets for the 2025 NCAA Baseball Tallahassee Regional will go on sale on Monday at 3 p.m. ET on Seminoles.com/Tickets, with reserved seats available to Seminole Booster members and general admission tickets on sale for all fans. If reserved seats remain available, they will go on sale for all fans on Tuesday beginning at 9 a.m.
Individual game tickets will be available prior to each game. Friday’s single game tickets will go on sale on Friday at 9 a.m., with the following day’s tickets on sale the night before at approximately 11 p.m., once that day’s matchups are set.
All-session tickets are $60 for reserved seats and $45 for general admission.
