2025 Stanley Cup playoffs, Conn Smythe odds and futures
The second round of the 2025 Stanley Cup playoffs is almost upon us, with one first-round game still remaining.
The St. Louis Blues visit the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday night (7 ET) in Game 7 of their series. The Blues struck early and often against Connor Hellebuyck and the Jets in Game 6 on Friday night to send the series back to Winnipeg. The home team has won every game in their Western Conference series. The Jets, the West’s top seed, are -175 money-line favorites in Sunday night’s Game 7.
If the Jets advance, they will host the Dallas Stars for Game 1 of the conference semifinals. If the Blues win, they will travel to Dallas to start their second-round series.
The Stars rallied from a 2-0 third-period deficit against the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday night behind a hat trick from former Av Mikko Rantanen.
The Vegas Golden Knights and Edmonton Oilers will meet in the other West semifinal. Game 1 will be in Las Vegas on Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. on ESPN. Edmonton reached the Stanley Cup Final last season, falling to the Florida Panthers in seven games.
The Panthers will take on the Toronto Maple Leafs in the Eastern Conference semifinals, with Game 1 in Toronto on Monday at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
The Presidents’ Trophy-winning Washington Capitals will face the Carolina Hurricanes in the other semifinal. Both teams advanced out of the first round in five games. Their series begins Tuesday at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
Below, you can see all of the top favorites for Conn Smythe, as well as the odds for every team to win their current series, advance to, and to win the Stanley Cup.
