No. 7 Gators Hit the Road Again for Saturday Matchup at Kennesaw State
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The No. 7/6 Florida Lacrosse team (5-2) heads to Kennesaw, Ga. to take on the Owls of Kennesaw State on Saturday at 11 a.m. in Fifth-Third Stadium
The Gators enter this game coming off an 19-8 win over Penn, which saw the Gators outscore the Quakers 12-2 in the second half after being down 7-6. Clark Hamilton led all scorers with five goals as Gabby Greene (4 G) and Frannie Hahn (3 G/1 A) each had four points. On the defensive end, Theresa Bragg caused five turnovers and corralled two ground balls.
Scouting the Owls
Kennesaw State is coming of a 15-9 W at La Salle on Wednesday, which extended their win streak to four games, with their three other wins coming against Wofford, Presbyterian and Delaware State.
