PEORIA, Ariz.— Georgia women’s golf ends rounds 1 and 2 in 6th place at  the Westbrook Invitational on Sunday. 

 

FAST FACTS:

• Sophomore Sydney Givens is currently sitting in 13th place, while freshmen Gabriella Albert and Trinity Beth are tied at 18th. 

• The Bulldogs shot 278 in round 1, counting for a total of 16 birdies and an eagle from Beth. To follow, Georgia shot 287 in round 2. 

• Georgia is currently tied at 3rd for the most par 4’s and total pars. 

• Givens had back to back birdies on holes 16-17, while Albert had three consecutive birdies on 13-15. Both ended round 1 at 3-under.
• In round 2, the Bulldogs shot 17 birdies, four apiece from Givens, Beth and Eidhagen Harrouch.
