SAN JUAN, P.R. — The Georgia men’s golf team finished in eighth after day two of the Puerto Rico Classic on Tuesday.

FAST FACTS:

• Georgia shot 8-under par in the second round.
• Junior Grayson Wood shot 3-under par after round two, sitting in 10th place. Wood also tallied six birdies. 
• Senior Carter Loflin and freshman JD Culbreth both carded 2-under for the second round. Loflin is 7-under for the tournament while Culbreth is even.  
• Among stats for the tournament, Culbreth and Wood are currently tied for first in total par 3s, while Matt Moloney and James Earle sit at second and third for total pars.
• Will Guthrie moved up 17 spots tied with Carter Loflin at 16th. Guthrie shot seven birdies after round two.
• Georgia sits in first in total pars after two rounds. 
• Virginia remains in the lead at earning 15-under par after round 2. LSU and Ohio State make up the rest of the top three.
