Noles Hit the Road to Face Pitt on Thursday
TALLAHASSEE – The Florida State women’s basketball team (5-12, 0-5 ACC) will stay on the road to face Pitt (8-10, 1-4 ACC) on Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Petersen Events Center.
The Seminoles lead the all-time series against the Panthers, 12-0, after welcoming the team to the ACC back in January of 2014.
Florida State has four players averaging at least 9.0 points per game this season, led by Solè Williams, who is averaging 16.3 per game.
The Seminoles lead the ACC in free throws made per game (14.82), led by Jasmine Shavers who leads the league in free throw percentage at 86.2 percent.
Emma Risch also leads the ACC in three-point percentage, converting 41.9 percent as the Noles rank second in the ACC in threes per game at 8.4.

The Seminoles traveled to Miami on Sunday and played the Hurricanes in a close contest at the Watsco Center.
The game saw 15 lead changes and five ties, but FSU fell 89-73.
Williams led the team in scoring with 19 points, while Amaya Bonner produced her second straight game in double figures, scoring 13. She also tied her career high with six field goals made for the second consecutive game.
Tatum Greene tied her career best with four steals and led the Noles with eight rebounds, along with Jasmine Shavers. Greene also contributed 10 points.
