» Georgia travels to Columbia for its second SEC road test against the No. 3 South Carolina Gamecocks this Sunday at Colonial Life Arena at 2 pm. ET.

» Sunday’s game marks the 60th meeting all time between the Lady Bulldogs and Gamecocks. Although Georgia leads the series overall 33-26, the Lady Bulldogs are searching for their first win over South Carolina since the 2012-13 season.

» Georgia is 15-2 this season, marking its best start for the program since the 2009-10 season. The Lady Bulldogs posted an undefeated non-conference record for just the fifth time in the program’s illustrious history.

» The Lady Bulldogs are led by four players that score in double figures, paced by sophomore guard Dani Carnegie. Carnegie in second in the SEC in three-pointers made (50) and ranks eighth among conference players in scoring at 18.2 points per game.

Carnegie One of SEC’s Elite Scorers

With 18.2 ppg, sophomore guard Dani Carnegie currently ranks among the top SEC players in scoring. Carnegie has reached double figures in every game, scored 20 points or more eight times and claimed a pair of double-doubles this season.

Turner and Woolfolk Continue to Contribute

2025 All-Freshmen Team selections, sophomore guard Trinity Turner and sophomore forward Mia Woolfolk continue to make an impact for Georgia all over the floor.

Both Turner and Woolfolk are averaging double figures, with Turner scoring 12.6 points per game and Woolfolk close behind at 12.2. Turner leads the team in both assists and steals, dishing out an average of 4.8 assists per game, while swiping two steals per game. Woolfolk’s defensive presence has been just as impactful, as she ranks second on the team in rebounding at 5.1 boards per game and is also second in steals, averaging 1.8 per contest.

Georgia Tops Texas A&M in Overtime Thriller

Trailing 37-22 at halftime, the Lady Bulldogs rallied to outscore the Aggies 32-17 in the second half to force overtime. Georgia held the Aggies to a 0-for-24 shooting effort in the 4th and overtime.

Theuerkauf is a Top Target

Junior guard Rylie Theuerkauf has established herself as a scoring threat. Theuerkauf ranks second on the team 3-point percentage, shooting 40 percent from behind the arc with 33 made 3’s this season.

Craft Shining

Typically, one of the first players off the bench, Georgia freshman forward Zhen Craft has been a bright spot for the Lady Bulldogs. She is fourth on the team in rebounding and is the team’s leading scorer outside of four starters. Craft averages 6.9 points and 5.0 boards per game.

Perfect in Nonconference Play

The Lady Bulldogs finished nonconference play undefeated for only the fifth occasion in program history. Georgia’s 14-0 record marked the best start for the team since the 2009-10 season.
