Notable Quotes
Head Coach Erika Brennan:
“Today was tough and the finish was definitely not what we needed. I thought they hung in so well through some really difficult holes and then we just didn’t close out our rounds. This golf course is a tough test and it’s so much more about bogey and big number avoidance especially when the wind is up. We are ready to get back out there because we know we are capable of more. Karoline was such a bright spot today – she stayed in the fight and had great control over her trajectory. She putted well today!”
Redshirt junior Karoline Tuttle:
“I thought I plotted my way around a tough, windy golf course nicely today. Taking one shot at a time and putting well was key to the under par round. I know this team has it in us, so looking forward to seeing what we can do the next few days.”
