TALLAHASSEE – Florida State (2-0) travels to California this weekend, opening conference play against California (1-1) on Friday in Berkeley at California Memorial Stadium. First draw is set for 6 p.m. ET on ACCNX. The Seminoles conclude the trip Sunday against UC Davis (0-1) at UC Davis Health Stadium. The opening draw is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET and will be live streamed on YouTube.

The Seminoles have not been shy on offense, scoring 30 total goals in two games this season. The defensive end has also been a tough task for opposing offenses, allowing just four goals per game this season, good for the sixth-best scoring defense and No. 9 scoring margin in the NCAA.

Senior Lola Mancuso leads the offensive attack, scoring seven goals in her first two games, including a five-goal performance against Kennesaw State. Freshman attacker Brynn Perkins is not too far behind, totaling five goals and coming off a hat trick against KSU.

FSU has gotten several contributions scoring goals this season, with 13 players finding the back of the net. Sophomore midfielder Lydia Ward scored four goals in the program’s inaugural game.

Goalkeeper Catrina Tobin has 10 saves through the first two games, which includes a .625 save percentage, and is averaging five saves per contest. As a team, FSU’s .636 saves percentage leads the ACC and is eighth in the country.

FSU will play the first of its 10-game conference schedule beginning on Friday.

Live stats from both games will be available on seminoles.com.
