Fans planning to attend Saturday’s UGA Men’s Basketball game at Stegeman Coliseum or UGA Swimming and Diving meet at the Ramsey Center should be aware that Governor Kemp is encouraging those in North and East Georgia to stay off the roads whenever possible Saturday.

 

With the National Weather Service currently forecasting extreme impacts for the Athens area from heavy snow between 7 A.M. and 1 P.M.  Travel to and from Stegeman Coliseum and the Ramsey Center may be hazardous.  Depending on deteriorating conditions, UGA may need to close roads around campus for safety, so please plan accordingly.

 

The men’s basketball game is scheduled to be televised on the SEC Network at 1 P.M.
