Baseball Prepares for Second Week of Spring Practice
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama baseball is slated to begin the second full week of its spring practice schedule on Monday afternoon at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. The Tide will hold a team practice on Monday at 3:15 p.m. CT to start the new week. Alabama will continue the week with a team practice on Tuesday at 3:15 p.m. to include consecutive team practices on Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday’s workout will begin at 2 p.m. while Thursday is set to start at 3:15 p.m. The Tide will close the week with scrimmages throughout the weekend, including a 2:45 p.m. start on Friday. The scrimmages slated for Saturday and Sunday are scheduled for 12:45 p.m. each day.
Dates and times of all practices and scrimmages for the upcoming week can be found on RollTide.com each Monday. All future scrimmages are subject to change. The length will be determined on a game-to-game basis. Spaced out between scrimmages are the team’s regularly scheduled practice sessions.
Admission to Alabama baseball’s on-field activity is free to the public. Gates will open each day at approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of practice and/or the scrimmage. Fans are asked to enter Sewell-Thomas Stadium through the main gate (Gate 3) located directly behind home plate. Once inside, fans are to stay in the lower bowl seating area with access to the upper levels of the stadium strictly prohibited.

Monday: Practice – 3:15 p.m.
Tuesday: Practice – 3:15 p.m.
Wednesday: Practice – 2 p.m.
Thursday: Practice – 3:15 p.m.
Friday: Scrimmage – 2:45 p.m. first pitch
Saturday: Scrimmage – 12:45 p.m. first pitch
Sunday: Scrimmage – 12:45 p.m. first pitch
