Baseball Ready for Spring Practice

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama baseball is set to take the field as a group for the first time this spring, as the Crimson Tide will officially open spring practice on Tuesday, Jan. 13.

Tuesday’s first team workout will begin at 3:15 p.m. CT. The Tide will continue a similar routine throughout with team practices scheduled for the remainder of the week. Wednesday’s full-team practice is slated for 2 p.m., with Thursday’s workout set for 3:15 p.m. On Friday, Alabama will take the field at 3 p.m. before a 12:45 p.m. practice start on Saturday. The Tide will close the week with a 3 p.m. workout scheduled for Sunday.

Admission to Alabama baseball’s on-field activity is free to the public. Gates will open each day approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of practice. Fans are asked to enter Sewell-Thomas Stadium through the main gate (Gate 3) located directly behind home plate. Once inside, attendees are to stay in the lower bowl seating area with access to the upper levels of the stadium strictly prohibited.

Tuesday: Practice – 3:15 p.m.

Wednesday: Practice –2 p.m.

Thursday: Practice – 3:15 p.m.

Friday: Practice – 3 p.m.

Saturday: Practice – 12:45 p.m.

Sunday: Practice – 3 p.m.
