Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office investigators responding to a series of complaints and Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers tips arrested a New York woman on a charge of prostitution Thursday at a business near Fort Walton Beach.

30-year old Suping Wu of Flushing New York faces one count of prostitution.

An undercover investigator entered Classy Spa/New Magnolia Health Spa at 8 Racetrack Road on October 9th and requested a massage. He was taken to a private room where he says Wu offered sex in exchange for $300 while grabbing him.

OCSO Investigators say prostitution businesses can contribute to human trafficking, become a breeding ground for other crimes, have negative impacts on neighborhoods, exploit vulnerable individuals and spread sexually transmitted diseases.
