TUSCALOOSA, Ala. –– For the second consecutive year, Alabama’s Gianna Paul has been named a United Soccer Coaches (USC) All-American, the organization announced Friday.

Paul’s selection follows an impressive senior campaign that included a team-leading 31 points off 12 goals and seven assists. Her performance on the field earned her First Team All-SEC honors and propelled the Tide to its fourth NCAA Tournament Second Round appearance in five years.

Mirroring her selection from a year prior, Paul was named a fourth-team honoree, becoming the first two-time All-American in program history. Her back-to-back honors are listed alongside Reyna Reyes (2022, first team), Riley Mattingly Parker (2022, first team) and Felicia Knox (2022, third team) as USC All-Americans.

Additionally, of the 61 women’s soccer players to earn the national honor, Paul is one of just 13 athletes to be named an All-American more than once.

  • Surpassed a pair of 20-year-old program records during the season, becoming the Tide’s all-time leader in goals (40) and points (94)

  • Ranked fifth nationally among active Division I players in career goals and eighth in career points
  • Named a First-Team All-SEC honoree, garnering her third consecutive first-team nod
  • Named a 2025 USC second-team All-Southeast Region honoree
