Plan to be at Captain Royal Melvin Heritage Park on December 14th for the City’s Holly Jolly at the Harbor. Parks and Rec is offering market activities from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. and from 3-5 p.m. there will be refreshments, cookie decorating, oyster crafts sponsored by the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance (CBA), and a variety of performers including the Fort Walton Beach Brass Band. Expect a nod of twinkle around 4 p.m. with a visit from Santa. 

Furry friends are welcome, and the event is entirely outdoors. Donations of unopened, non-perishable items will be collected for families in need. Please call 850-654-5184 for more information.
