BATON ROUGE, La. – The Alabama women’s tennis team saw the doubles pairing of Amina Salibayeva and Addison Bowman finish play at the ITA South Sectional Championships on Friday in the quarterfinals.

In the 16-team doubles draw, the duo quickly advanced to the quarterfinals after downing Kenna Erickson and Addison Lanton of LSU, 6-2, 6-4.

Salibayeva and Bowman would fall to Vanderbilt’s Bridget Stammel and Valeria Ray, 6-3, 6-3, to conclude play.
