Georgia Tied for Fourth after Round 1 of The Ka’anapali Classic

MAUI, Hawaii— The Georgia men’s golf team sits in fourth after day one of the Ka’anapali Classic tournament. 

 

FAST FACTS:

  • The Bulldogs shot 11-under after Round 1. 

  • Matt Moloney and Carter Loflin both shot 4-under par, both tied for 10th place. Loflin used three birdies and an eagle to build momentum for the Bulldogs. 

  • James Earle shot 2-under par, while Grayson Wood finished the round at even par.

  • Oklahoma stays at the top of the leaderboard finishing 21-under par. TCU and North Florida round out the top three, while Florida Gulf Coast ties with the Bulldogs in fourth.
