PUBLIC NOTICE

Planning and Development Services staff will hold a Public Workshop to hear from property owners in Inlet Beach.  Planning staff discovered a scrivener’s error located within the Inlet Beach Neighborhood Plan that impacts Sections  2.2.6, Neighborhood Commercial District, and 2.2.7, Village Mixed Use District.  This error has created some confusion regarding the appropriate location and scale of limited lodging uses within the Inlet Beach Neighborhood Planning Area.  Planning and Development Services staff are interested in hearing from you concerning the corrective actions needed to correct the plan itself.

Please be advised that two or more Planning Commissioners and two or more Board of County Commissioners may attend.
