Post-Match Quotes
Georgia Head Coach Keidane McAlpine
On the match…
“We came on the road and got a win. The result is a positive one. We got a chance to let a lot of people play and give our team growth which was good. I hate that we gave up a goal. That was the only blemish of the day, and I really commend our team on its ability to focus with all the delays, granted we’ve done it before. But this one was warmer and a little more difficult. I really praise the team on their ability to focus today.”
On preparing for Friday’s match against Florida…
“We’ve still got to get better in our transition defending and we’ve got to get better in sorting out what the other team is doing. A lot of teams have changed and that was today for sure. So, we have to do a better job figuring it out and playing our way through to moments to score.”
