Post-Match Quotes
Head Coach Keidane McAlpine
On the match…
“Excellent day. We keep talking about starting the game well, playing with the tempo that we want to play with. I still thought that we were a little slow in the first half. I was extremely happy with the tempo that we played with in the second half. I thought that we came in and really pushed the tempo the way I wanted to, and Ki (Staude) had her day. All was well.”

#11 Kiera Staude | MF | Jr.
On the victory…
“I think we played great, in games like this, and coming off a big weekend last weekend, this was such a good opportunity for us to get a team win and just work on team chemistry and things like in the final third and getting some shots in the back of the net.”

#2 Hailey Gordon | F | Fr.
On the offensive attack…
“We started off very strong. Summer (Denigan) with a banger, and then, Ki (Staude) scored the second goal, and then, she finished off with a hat trick. I assisted two of her goals which were my first two assists, so that was very cool. I’m very grateful. I feel like I definitely executed. I think this week we set the standard.”
