Coast to coast! Get ready to upgrade your next spa day because Spencer’s Spa, a favorite of Amelia Gray Hamlin, Georgia Fowler, Elsa Hosk, and more It-girls, has finally landed in West Hollywood, California.

The new r&r hotspot, beloved for its signature massages and personalized facials, provides the same elevated energy as the spa’s original flagship in New York City.

“West Hollywood felt like a natural next step. We wanted to create a sanctuary here because the city has an appreciation for design, wellness, and hospitality,” Ryan McCarthy, founder and CEO, tells ET.

And that they did. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with complimentary knee-high socks in neutral shades including black, brown, beige, or off-white, before stepping into a spa-meets-living room oasis, complete with flavored water and tea on tap, plus bowls of nostalgic sweet treats like Andes Crème de Menthe Thins and Werther’s Originals.

“At Spencer’s, you are home. … The feeling of familial comfort keeps people coming back,” McCarthy explains.

“It’s less of a traditional spa and more of a space to sit, be pampered, and enjoy an effortless aesthetic. … It is a place to slow down, feel taken care of, and savor every detail,” he shares.

After sliding into a pair of slippers, visitors are guided to private treatment rooms for a tailored holistic experience.

“We wanted to bring back that traditional and curated vibe you’d get at your favorite hotel or restaurant,” the entrepreneur shares. “With us, every visit should feel like a special occasion.”

The result: The same sensation you have after coming back from a luxurious getaway.

“We blend a traditional Japanese approach to service with Italian resort influences for a refined escape. … You will feel energized, lighter, calm, renewed, and inspired,” he says.

To keep the glow going, McCarthy recommends making visits to Spencer’s a monthly ritual.

“We see wellness as a practice that is integrated, intentional, and never rushed. … We believe the highest form of luxury is consistency, which is why so many of our guests never want to leave.”
