Seven Gator Matches Featured on ESPN Networks Throughout the 2025 Regular Season

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida volleyball will make seven televised appearances across ESPN platforms throughout 2025 regular-season, as ESPN and the SEC Network revealed their 2025 volleyball slates on Thursday.
 
In total, Florida will air on national televised networks 11 times during the 2025 regular season.
 
Florida kicks off its ESPN slate with a marquee matchup against No. 3 Pitt on Aug. 24 at 1 p.m. ET. ESPN has also picked up two key conference matchups: vs. No. 7 Kentucky (Oct. 19) and vs. Arkansas (Oct. 26). Additionally, the Gators’ nonconference showdown against No. 20 Baylor on Sept. 14 will air on ESPN2 at 1 p.m. ET.
 
The Gators will appear on the ACC Network for their ACC-SEC Challenge match against North Carolina on Sept. 14 at 7 p.m. ET and are slated to be featured twice on the SEC Network during conference play: vs. Tennessee on Oct. 15 and vs. No. 5 Texas on Nov. 7, both are scheduled for 7 p.m. ET. Remaining SEC matchups will stream on SEC+.
 
Florida opens its season at the AVCA First Serve event against No. 6 Stanford on Aug. 22, airing live on FOX. The Gators will also face Big Ten opponents Ohio State (Sept. 7) and Wisconsin (Sept. 21) on the Big Ten Network, while their Sept. 19 road contest against Marquette will be broadcast on FS1 at 7 p.m. ET.
 
ESPN continues to be at the helm of women’s sports coverage, with more than 2,600 women’s college volleyball matches slated for ESPN platforms this fall – the largest total in ESPN history. This season also boasts the most matches ever across ESPN and ABC. Matches featuring 13 of the top 15 from the 2025 preseason rankings are slated for ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SEC Network, ACC Network, ESPN+, SEC Network+ and ACCNX.

SEC Network Volleyball
SEC Network’s volleyball schedule will serve up nearly 30 regular season matches in addition to the entire SEC Volleyball Tournament. The 2025 slate begins with Vanderbilt’s inaugural volleyball match against Belmont on Friday, Aug. 29 at 8 p.m.
 
To prepare viewers for this season’s action, SEC Network is set to air a one-hour volleyball preview show on Friday, Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. Peter Burns will host the one-hour SEC Now, joined by volleyball analysts and former all-stars Missy Whittemore and Leah Edmond.  
 
Fans can find matches weekly on SEC Network on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, with conference play heating up on Wednesday, Sept. 24.
 
For the first time in two decades, the Southeastern Conference will once again host a conference tournament, which will air in its entirety on SEC Network/SEC Network+. The 2025 SEC Volleyball Tournament will take place at Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Ga. from Nov. 21-25.
 

ESPN continues to be the industry-leader in women’s sports, with a stacked fall volleyball lineup setting up the 2025-26 collegiate campaign. Five teams start this season’s campaign ranked within the Top 25 of the AVCA Coaches Poll: No. 5 Texas, No. 7 Kentucky, No. 9 Texas A&M, No. 16 Florida and No. 17 Missouri.
