TUSCALOOSA, Ala. –– Alabama’s Melina Rebimbas will compete in her second training camp in as many months for the U.S. U-20 Women’s National Team, joining a 24-player roster at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, June 24-July 1.

A prior U.S. Youth National Team member, Rebimbas represented the United States at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in India. She is one of seven players invited to this week’s camp that has played for the USA in a FIFA Youth Women’s World Cup.

The roster is made up of players who were born in 2005 and were not part of the team that competed at the 2025 Concacaf Women’s U-20 Championship in Costa Rica, as players born in 2005 are too old for the next FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in 2026. This training camp serves as an opportunity for them to continue developing within U.S. WNT programs with hopes of moving along the pathway to U.S. U-23 WNT and beyond. Rebimbas was previously a part of the U-20 training camp (May 26-June 2).
