Among the latest developments:

Yorkey Road Resurfacing Project

Our asphalt crew has done a commendable job finishing the overlay on Mathews Road. They are now focusing their efforts on overlaying the milled asphalt on Yorkey Road.

Karli Court Dirt-to-Pave Project

The transition of Karli Court from a dirt road to a paved surface is well underway. Key improvements are being made to the drainage system, which will support better water flow and reduce potential flooding.

Paxton Senior Center Retention Pond

We’ve successfully completed the groundwork on the retention pond. In the meantime, we are waiting for the material to arrive to construct the Baffle.

Grady Brown Park Pilings

Crews are mobilizing at Grady Brown Park to install about 75 pilings that will be used as fixed points to secure boats along the north and south retaining seawalls.

Forest Shore Road Drainage Improvements

Work is progressing on enhancing the drainage system along Forest Shore Road. These improvements are crucial for reducing flood risks and promoting more effective water management, benefiting both residents and the local ecosystem.

S. Norwood Road Sidewalk

We are making steady progress on the new sidewalk along South Norwood Road. This development is intended to improve pedestrian accessibility and safety, providing a secure pathway for walkers and contributing to the walkability of the community.

Road Striping Projects

Our paint crew is working diligently to stripe Mathews Road. We will be moving to Yorkey Road soon.
