Two Florida teams turned in the max of 1,000 scores – gymnastics and volleyball. Florida’s overall average APR is 984, equal to the national four-year rate of 984.
Thirteen Florida teams exceeded or equaled its sport’s national average. This includes Florida football team’s 982, which is above the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) national average of 969. The APR provides a real-time look at a team’s academic success by tracking eligibility and progress toward graduation of each student-athlete on scholarship. The current report contains multi-year rates based on the four years from the 2020-21 academic year through the 2023-24 academic years.
To compete in 2025-26 postseason action, teams must achieve a 930 four-year APR in this report. This is the 21st year of the APR.
